Dry Aged is a small specialty butcher shop in the heart of Port Credit, Mississauga. We offer premium quality meats and poultry, as well as cheese, deli, produce, and fine foods. Our specialty is dry aged beef. Our beef has been hung for several weeks to allow the beef’s natural enzymes to break down the muscle tissue, producing a gamier, heightened flavour and tender texture. At our butcher counter you will find only hormone and antibiotic-free meats and free-range, air-chilled chicken. We serve a variety of premium meats, including Ontario lamb, Ontario white and red veal, Berkshire pork, and a range of game meats like boar, red deer and venison. We also offer a number of organic products, including certified organic chicken and organic free-range eggs.
